CITY FUTURES AND AI at Vinge’s Jubilee

Vinge’s 40-year Jubilee in Malmö

At the acclaimed lawfirm Vinge’s 40-year Jubilee in Malmö the 15’th of November 2023, I, together with dreamteam  Christian Godden (BBDO Nordics) and Pernilla Jonsson (Ericsson) spoke about competing narratives regarding city futures  in the context of technological as well as discursive forces. Exciting and fun discussions followed! Great party afterwards. Congratulations, Vinge!

At TetraPak’s annual “Science and Innovation Talk” 19’th of October 2023 in Lund, I spoke about how consumer trends in food go hand in hand with more macro-level socio-ideological shifts in society, which in turn can tell us something about the future. One of my business ethics take-aways from the talk was that large corporations like TetraPak should lobby for sound regulations to make systemic sustainability mandatory for all, and not just for the few “good” ones.

TECHTOPIA AND FUTURE CONSUMPTION at Ideon Innovation Jubilee

At the “Ideon Innovation Day” and Ideon Science Park’s 40-year jubilee May 31’st 2023, I had the honor (together with some iconic innovators) to speak about the idea-historical context of technology consumption.

I had great fun and went into a heated panel battle with Jonas Birgersson about how we as societies and citizens should approach the power of technology.

Revisiting “Gothenburg City Region” for the fourth time, with excellent Gitte Caous as cicerone, I talked about macro- and meso- level social, cultural and technological trends that may shape the future for Gothenburg’s citizens in the future. We ended with a three hour long trend workshop and scenario analysis, with great results.

It is thrilling and meaningful to work for and with governmental bodies, as they are doing a truly hard and important job every day making our lives better. Go Gothenburg!
